Intergroup Shipping (WA) Pty Ltd have their own in-house customs brokers and clearance team. All of our brokers are fully conversant and up to speed with current customs requirements and legislation. Our brokers are enrolled and accredited under the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme meaning they are trained to the highest level in Australia and are up to speed with the ever changing and complex customs procedures as well as the various Free Trade Agreements.

Intergroup have twice been audited by the Australian Customs Service and received the highest compliance grades on both occasions, highlighting their expertise, correctness and knowledge in the field.

Our brokers also hold current Australian Quarantine (DAFF) accreditation, meaning they have a thorough knowledge of the very demanding and complex Quarantine procedures and requirements. Some of the services we provide are as follows;
